Quick Onion Pot Roast

  1. Sprinkle onion soup over the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add pot roast.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW about 10 hours or 5 hours on HIGH.
  4. Pour accumulated juices into a saucepan; skim off fat.
  5. Add flour-water paste and bring to the boil, stirring constantly until thickened.
  6. Serve over sliced meat.
