Grandmas Turkey Stuffing Recipe

• 1 pound grnd Italian sausage or possibly grnd beef
• 1 lg. onion, minced
• 1 clove garlic, chopped
• 1 sm. bag bread stuffing mix
• Salt and pepper
• 1 egg

1. In large frying pan cook onions and garlic till tender in 1 Tbsp.
2. oil.
3. Add in sausage and cook well.
4. In a large bowl add in the stuffing mix, egg and the sausage mix.
5. Salt and pepper.
6. Stuff turkey when you are ready to cook it.
