Pork Chops in Tomato Artichoke Sauce

  1. Brown pork chops in olive oil, set aside.
  2. Saute pepper & onion till soft.
  3. Add tomatoes, artichoke hearts, broth & half and half.
  4. Return chops to pan.
  5. Simmer 40-60 minutes.
  6. Serve with angel hair pasta.
