Strawberry and Orange Smoothie

• 250 g strawberries
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 cups low-fat milk
• 13 cup orange juice
• 1 tablespoon wheat germ

1. Wash and hull the strawberries, place in a single layer on a tray, freeze.
2. Blend or process frozen strawberries with the remaining ingredients until smooth.
