7 Minute Boiled Crawfish

• 50 pounds crawfish tails live
• 2 each salt ice cream, boxed
• 4 ounces liquid crab boil
• 3 each cayenne pepper
• 6 each bay leaves
• 6 each celery ribs
• 4 medium onions
• 3 each lemons or 1 teaspoon lemon oil
• 8 ounces honey
• 3 each oranges halved

1. Fill a 60 quart pot 1/2 full.
2. Add all ingredients except crawfish and bring to a boil.
3. Add crawfish.
4. When it boils agains, time for 7 minutes.
5. Remove from fire, add one bucket cold water.
6. Let it soak for one hour.
