Honey Mustard-Pretzel Chicken Fingers
- 1 cup finely crushed pretzels
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 12 lengthwise strips
- 1/4 cup Kraft Honey Mustard Dressing, divided
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Cover baking sheet with parchment.
- Place pretzel crumbs in shallow dish.
- Toss chicken with 2 Tbsp.
- dressing in medium bowl.
- Add chicken, 1 strip at a time, to crumbs, turning to evenly coat each strip.
- Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Press crumbs gently into chicken to secure.
- Bake 14 to 15 min.
- or until chicken is done.
- Meanwhile, mix remaining dressing with Miracle Whip.
- Serve chicken with Miracle Whip mixture.
