Asian Lettuce Cups

  1. In a nonstick skillet coated with oil, saute first three ingredients for 5 minutes.
  2. Add edamame and heat through.
  3. Scoop mixture into ramekin and serve along lettuce pieces on a plate.
  4. Drizzle with sauce.
  5. Alternatively, add sauce ingredients to pan with mixture and heat through.
