Sweet and Sour Crab Dip
- 1 package (8 Oz.) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 cup Swiss Cheese, Shredded
- 3/4 cups Sweet And Sour Sauce
- 4 ounces, weight Imitation Crab Meat, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Sliced Almonds, Toasted
- 1 Green Onion (with Top), Thinly Sliced
- Preheat Oven to 350.
- In bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic, and Swiss cheese and mix until thoroughly combined.
- Spread mixture in the bottom of small baking dish.
- Spoon sweet and sour sauce evenly over cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle chopped crab meat evenly over sauce and bake 20-25 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
- Alternately, place baking dish in microwave and cook for 5-7 minutes until warm and bubbly.
- Remove from oven/microwave and top with green onion and toasted almonds.
- Serve with pita or wonton chips.
