Greek Style Breakfast Sausage

  1. Place pork and lamb in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix all spices well.
  3. Add spices and water to the meat and mix well with hands.
  4. Refrigerate for an hour or more for flavors to blend.
  5. (Can be made the night before)
  6. Portion into 16 - 2 ounce portions and flatten into round disks.
  7. Fry in a hot skillet until you have a dark brown on each side.
  8. About 3 minutes per side.
  9. Drain on paper toweling before serving.
