A Hearty Dish! Stamina Pork Rice Bowl
- 1 bowlful for each serving Warm cooked rice
- 300 grams Thinly sliced pork
- 3 medium Onion
- 90 ml Soy sauce
- 70 ml Mirin
- 45 ml Sake
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 150 ml Water
- 1 clove Grated garlic
- Cut the onions into thin wedges.
- Cut the pork into 5 cm pieces.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot, and saute the pork.
- Add the onions once the pork has changed color, and saute some more.
- Once the onions have wilted, add all of the broth ingredients, and boil down.
- Turn off the heat once half of the broth has evaporated.
- Scoop rice into a rice bowl, then ladle Step 3 with the broth.
- Top with white sesame to taste.
