A Hearty Dish! Stamina Pork Rice Bowl

  1. Cut the onions into thin wedges.
  2. Cut the pork into 5 cm pieces.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot, and saute the pork.
  4. Add the onions once the pork has changed color, and saute some more.
  5. Once the onions have wilted, add all of the broth ingredients, and boil down.
  6. Turn off the heat once half of the broth has evaporated.
  7. Scoop rice into a rice bowl, then ladle Step 3 with the broth.
  8. Top with white sesame to taste.
