homemade Kungpao chicken
- 2 chicken leg
- 1 some skinless peanuts
- 1 some pieces of ginger garlic leek
- 1 spicy sauce
- 1 soy sauce
- 1 a pinch of sugar
- 1 some salt as needed
- oil in a pan.
- put in prepare spicy sauce,slices of ginger garlic and leek.
- stir fry couple of times and add boiled chicken pieces.
- chicken leg is more tender than breast.
- chop chicken legs into proper size then boil these pieces for 5 minutes because boil water can kill bacteria and also remove some blood.
- keep stirfrying and add some soy sauce and sugar.
- fry untill chicken is almost well done then add peanuts and chopped garlic.
- if you prefer,you can add chopped leek or spring onion before turning off gas.
