homemade Kungpao chicken

  1. oil in a pan.
  2. put in prepare spicy sauce,slices of ginger garlic and leek.
  3. stir fry couple of times and add boiled chicken pieces.
  4. chicken leg is more tender than breast.
  5. chop chicken legs into proper size then boil these pieces for 5 minutes because boil water can kill bacteria and also remove some blood.
  6. keep stirfrying and add some soy sauce and sugar.
  7. fry untill chicken is almost well done then add peanuts and chopped garlic.
  8. if you prefer,you can add chopped leek or spring onion before turning off gas.
