Ritz Cracker Ice Cream Dessert

• 2 sleeves ritz crackers(about 60)
• 1/2 cup butter- melted
• 1/2 quart ice cream ( your flavor choice)
• 2 small - boxes instant pudding ( your choice)
• 1 cup milk
• 1 8- oz. container cool whip

1. Crush crackers and add melted butter.Layer in bottom of 9x13 pan press down.
2. (I baked mine at 350 degrees for about 6 min.let cool.I left my ice cream warm up a little bit.
3. ( I made white chocolate pudding with strawberry ice cream)
4. In mixing bowl on mixer.
5. Mix ice cream, pudding and milk for 2 min.
6. On high.Fold in cool whip.
7. Pour over cracker crust.
8. I crushed about 10 extra crackers and sprinkled on top.Refigerate for 2 hrs.
