Ham, Cheese, And Potato Casserole Recipe
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. cubed, cooked ham
- 2 tbsp. minced pimento
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In medium saucepan, heat cheese and cream, stirring constantly, till cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
- Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into 1 1/2 qt casserole.
- Cover.
- Bake 45 min.
- 4 servings.
