Veal Vegetable Soup Recipe
- 1 pound veal
- 3 quarts. water
- 3 med. carrots, sliced
- 1 can peas, liquid removed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. water
- Cut veal in 1 inch cubes, place in water.
- Add in salt.
- Cook for one hour.
- Add in sliced carrots - cook till carrots are well done.
- Add in peas, cook slowly for 15 min.
- Heat butter, blend in flour.
- Brown slightly.
- Add in onion and water.
- Bring to boil.
- Add in sauce to soup and bring to a boil.
- Remove from flame and serve.
