Roasted Tomato and Serrano Salsa

  1. Roast the tomatoes over a flame or under a broiler until they are blistered and charred.
  2. Pulse all ingredients except the onions and cilantro into a chunky sauce.
  3. Mix in onion and cilantro.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
