Beer Fried Chicken

  1. Mix together the beer, soy sauce, oils, salt, sugar, ginger and pepper and pour over the chicken pieces and cover and into the refrigerator overnight.
  2. In a mixing bowl add flour, cornstarch and baking powder.
  3. Blend in egg and cold water to fold a batter.
  4. Dip the chicken piece into batter and let rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 360 and fry to a golden brown.
