Chocolate Wafer Log

• 3/4 cup cold milk
• 1 env. Dream Whip Dessert Topping Mix
• 2 Tbsp. sugar
• 1/2 tsp. peppermint or almond extract
• 1 pkg. (200 g) Mr. Christie's Chocolate Wafers
• grated chocolate, chocolate curls or candied cherries, for decoration

1. BLEND milk, dessert topping mix, sugar and flavoring in deep narrow-bottom bowl.
2. PREPARE dessert topping as directed on package.
3. SPREAD about 1 Tbsp.
4. dessert topping on each wafer and stack in groups of 6 wafers.
5. PLACE wafer stacks end to end on a serving plate to form a log.
6. FROST top and sides with remaining dessert topping.
7. DECORATE with chocolate curls, grated chocolate or candied cherries.
8. CHILL at least 4 hours.
9. CUT into diagonal slices to serve.
