Hamburger Hot Dish Recipe
- 8 ounce. 4 c. frzn hash browns
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 med. onion
- 1 (10 ounce.) frzn peas
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 6 slices Velveeta cheese
- 1 (3 ounce.) can French fried onions
- Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Cover bottom pan with hash browns.
- Brown hamburger and onion; drain fat.
- Place hamburger on hash browns.
- Season to taste.
- Put peas over hamburger.
- Mix soup and lowfat milk in a bowl.
- Pour over potatoes, meat and peas.
- Place cheese on top.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
- Take out; remove foil.
- Sprinkle on fried onions.
- Pat back in oven with heat shut off.
