Mamas Spaghetti
- 2 whole Sweet Yellow Onions
- 2 whole Green Bell Peppers
- 2 cloves Fresh Garlic
- 2 pounds Ground Chuck (80/20)
- 2 cups Water
- 3/4 cups Ketchup
- 2 cans (6 Oz. Size) Tomato Paste
- 2 Tablespoons White Granulated Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 2 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- Finely chop onions and bell peppers and mince garlic.
- Combine with the beef and cook until beef is browned.
- Once beef is done, stir in remaining ingredients.
- Simmer about 1 hour for best flavor.
- This is not your typical Italian-style spaghetti, but one that everyone always raved about it when she prepared it.
