Vegetable Mix Salad Recipe

• 1 lg. sweet onion, minced
• 1 can green beans
• 1 can whole grain corn
• 1 can English peas
• 2 carrots, minced
• 2/3 c. oil
• 2/3 c. sugar
• 2/3 c. vinegar

1. Mix together vegetables.
2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables and let stand overnight.
