Stromboli
- 34 lb ground beef
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb ground pork sausage
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon rosemary
- 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 loaf French bread
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Season ground beef with salt and pepper.
- Brown in skillet with pork sausage until brown and crumbly.
- Stir in rosemary, garlic, parmesan, and tomato sauce and simmer to reduce liquid.
- Cut off top of french bread in horizontal slice and hollow out bread from inside, leaving crust 1/4 - 1/2 in shell.
- Sprinkle half the mozzarella in shell, then all of the meat mixture, and then the remaining mozzarella.
- Replace top of bread.
- Wrap in foil and place in baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 min ubtil heated through.
