Easy Cheesy Potato Soup

  1. Cook and stir onions and celery in hot oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat 5 min.
  2. or until crisp-tender.
  3. Add flour; cook 2 min.
  4. or until hot and bubbly, stirring constantly.
  5. Stir in milk gradually; cook 10 min.
  6. or until mixture comes to boil and thickens, stirring constantly.
  7. Add remaining ingredients; stir.
  8. Cook on low heat 5 min.
  9. or until 2% Milk VELVEETA is completely melted and soup is heated through, stirring constantly.
