Fruit Packed Milk Kanten Jelly
- 4 grams Powdered kanten
- 50 ml Water
- 340 ml Milk
- 100 grams Sugar
- 1 can Canned mixed fruit
- Prepare all of your ingredients by measuring them.
- You can use stick kanten, but the powdered type is easier to dissolve, so I used that.
- Put the powdered kanten, water, and milk into a pot.
- Turn on the heat to medium, and dissolve the agar.
- It's hard to see in the picture, but when the mixture starts to boil, turn off the heat.
- Add sugar and dissolve.
- Leave it until cooled.
- Once the mixture from Step 3 has cooled down a bit, pour it into a container or a bento box.
- Add the mixed fruit.
- When the surface of the mixture starts to harden, place it in the fridge.
- Chill it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, cut it into your preferred size and enjoy.
