Peasant's Pie
- 4 medium potatoes cooked and mashed
- 1/2 cups chicken gravy
- 1/2 cup cheesy gravy
- 1 each onions chopped
- 3 each carrots sliced
- 1 each green bell peppers diced
- 1/2 lb. broccoli florets cut up
- 1/4 lb. green beans
- 1 bunch spinach torn into bite size pieces
- Steam vegetables (except spinach) about 15 minutes, until crisp-tender.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in spinach and 2 cups gravy.
- Spoon this filling into a 9x12 inch baking dish.
- Spread mashed potatoes over the top.
- Sprinkle with a small amount of paprika.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
