Grilled Asparagus and Pepper Salad
- 2 medium red peppers, cut into strips
- 1 red onion, halved, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 24 young asparagus spears, halved
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper
- 1 cup broccoli sprouts
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Place peppers and onions in medium bowl.
- Add dressing; toss to coat.
- Let stand 10 min.
- to marinate.
- Poke holes in bottom of disposable foil pan.
- Place vegetable mixture in pan; place pan on barbecue.
- Grill 5 min., stirring occasionally.
- Add asparagus; grill an additional 5 to 10 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Place vegetables on four individual plates; top with cheese and broccoli sprouts.
