carrot_cucumber_orange_grapefruit_mix drink

• 6 oranges
• 3 cucumbers
• 2 grapefruits
• 6 stick of carrots

1. wash all the fruits,& cut off the unnecessary parts
2. peel oranges & grapefruits, remove the rinds
3. scrape the back of the carrots
4. blend all the fruits together with a breville juicer or any other good juicer..pour out & drink
