Another Easy Marinated Mushroom Recipe

  1. Wipe mushrooms clean, and trim a slice from each stem.
  2. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan.
  3. Add mushrooms, and boil for two minutes.
  4. Drain aand pat dry with paper towels.
  5. Pack into a clean, dry one-pint jar with the oregano and garlic.
  6. Add whole stems of parsley to make an attractive presentation.
  7. Add enough dressing to cover mushrooms.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Cover tightly and refrigerate for one week.
