Reggie's Stuff
- 1/2 cup chickpeas (garbanzo beans) soaked overnight
- 1/2 cup lima beans soaked overnight
- 1/2 cup white beans small navy, soaked overnight
- 1/2 cup millet cooked
- 1/2 cup pearl barley
- 1 tablespoon rosemary leaves fresh, to taste
- 1 tablespoon thyme fresh, to taste
- 1 teaspoon oregano resh, to taste
- 1 teaspoon sage fresh, to taste
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
- 16 ounces tomato sauce
- Add all ingredients to crockpot and turn on.
- Add salt to it as it is served not during the cooking process.
