OVER THE TOP CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE OREO PARFAITS

  1. Crush oreo's .
  2. Stick them in a zip -lock bag & crush them.
  3. You do not want crumbs but not large chunks either.
  4. Set aside.
  5. To make oreo fluff: combine white chocolate pudding & 2 cups milk.
  6. Beating with electric mixer until smooth.
  7. Allow pudding to sit in fridge for 10 minutes.
  8. Once set take 1/2 crushed oreo's & 1/2 container cool whip & mix them with pudding.
  9. Return to fridge until needed.
  10. To make chocolate cheesecake.
  11. In a small sausepan over low heat.
  12. Combine chocolate chips & cream.
  13. Stir occasionally.
  14. Until chips are melted & smooth.
  15. This may take 10 minutes.
  16. But keep on low heat.
  17. Once melted remove from heat.
  18. Combine the melted chocolate with the cream cheese with electric mixer.
  19. Beat until smooth & no Lumps.
  20. Too Assemble: Put 3 Tbsp.
  21. Of oreo crumbs in the bottom of each parfait glass.
  22. Place a handful of mini marshmalliws on top of crumbs.Next add 3 Tbsp.
  23. Of OREO fluff on top of marshmallows.on top of oreo fluff add a layer of the chocolate cheesecake filling.
  24. Using about 3 Tbsp.Use a spoon to smooth it out.into an even layer.
  25. Top parfaits with cool whip.
  26. I like to put it in a pipping bag.
  27. Pipe it on top.
  28. ( You do not have to do that) .
  29. Top each with oreo.
