PHILADELPHIA Summer Potato Salad

  1. Place potatoes in 2-qt.
  2. microwaveable dish.
  3. Add water; cover with lid.
  4. Microwave on HIGH 12 to 15 min.
  5. or just until potatoes are tender; drain.
  6. Place in large bowl.
  7. Add dressing; toss to coat.
  8. Refrigerate 1 hour or until completely cooled.
  9. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

red new potatoes, water, italian dressing, philadelphia, cherry tomatoes, stalks celery, parmesan cheese
