Toasted Coconut Colada

• 1 12 ounces skyy infusions pineapple vodka
• 2 ounces toasted coconut
• 12 ounce Amaretto
• 1 ounce sour mix
• 2 ounces fresh pineapple
• 1 ounce coconut milk
• 2 dashes bitters

1. Blend everything with 9 large ice cubes; process until smooth.
2. Top with additional coconut and pineapple.
