Caesar Style Dressing Recipe

• 1 x Egg yolk
• 4 Tbsp. Garlic oil
• 1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
• 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
• 1 Tbsp. Grated parmesan Salt and pepper -- to taste

1. Slowly pour oil into egg yolk while whisking.
2. Slowly whisk vinegar into egg mix.
3. Whisk in remaining ingredients.
4. If dressing is too thick, thin it down with a little water 1 tsp.
5. at a time.
