White chocolate plastic.

  1. Melt the chocolate over a hot-water bath
  2. (if you like some color on your figures you can add some icing color into the melted chocolate befor the syrup)
  3. Stir the syrup into the melted chocolate until the mixture thickens.
  4. Pour the batter into a plastic bag and chill until the chocolate is firm enough to handle.
  5. Knead the chocolate slightly before use to soften it.
  6. If it sticks to the surface or your fingers, you can use powdered sugar to prevent it from sticking.
  7. Cool your hands with cold water before you start working with the chocolate.
  8. This choclate plastic can be rolled out like a sugar paste if you want to cover a cake.
  9. Or it can be used to shape decorations such as flowers and leaves.
