White chocolate plastic.
- 150 grams light corn syrup
- 300 grams white chocolate, melted
- 1 powdered sugar
- 1 dash icing color
- Melt the chocolate over a hot-water bath
- (if you like some color on your figures you can add some icing color into the melted chocolate befor the syrup)
- Stir the syrup into the melted chocolate until the mixture thickens.
- Pour the batter into a plastic bag and chill until the chocolate is firm enough to handle.
- Knead the chocolate slightly before use to soften it.
- If it sticks to the surface or your fingers, you can use powdered sugar to prevent it from sticking.
- Cool your hands with cold water before you start working with the chocolate.
- This choclate plastic can be rolled out like a sugar paste if you want to cover a cake.
- Or it can be used to shape decorations such as flowers and leaves.
