Spinach Empire

• 1 pkg. frozen spinach
• 30 ml dry bread crumbs
• 1 small green onion, minced
• 1 egg
• 10 ml margarine, melted
• 30 ml Parmesan cheese
• 1 small clove garlic, minced
• 1 ml thyme
• 1 ml pepper
• 0.5 ml salt
• 4 tomato slices
• 1 ml garlic salt

1. Preheat oven to 180u0b0C.
2. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well.
3. Place spinach, bread crumbs, onion, egg, melted margarine, cheese, garlic, thyme, pepper and salt in a medium bowl.
4. Arrange tomato slices in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
5. Spoon 1/4 spinach mixture onto each tomato slice.
6. Shape into a dome.
7. Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes or until set and heated.
8. Serve.
