Blackberry Flummery Recipe

  1. Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
  2. Stir in lowfat milk.
  3. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
  4. Stir a small amount into the egg yolk; return all to saucepan.
  5. Cook and stir for 2 min or possibly till thickened.
  6. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
  7. Pour into a serving bowl.
  8. Cover the surface with plastic wrap and cold; then chill.
  9. Remove plastic and garnish with berries before serving.
  10. Serves 6.
