Chicken crusted pizza low carb
- 2 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp sweet basil
- 1 tbsp whole leaf oregano
- 1 tbsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp sweet basil
- 1 tsp whole leaf oregano
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp stevia
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup mushrooms, canned
- 1/2 oz pepperoni slices
- 3 oz summer sausage
- 1/2 small onion sliced very thinly
- 1/2 medium tomato sliced
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit
- Mix the parmesan cheese with the chicken, oregano, basil, mozzarella cheese, and salt.
- When mixed add to a pizza pan or baking pan.
- The pizza pan I used was 16 inch pizza pan.
- Place the ground chicken mixture onto the pizza pan.
- Evenly press the mixture into the pizza pan.
- If you want you can even use your rolling-pin to get it nice and even.
- Bake in the oven for 20 min or until the crust is golden.
- Take out of oven add toppings and sauce.
- Stick back into oven 15 minutes.
- Take out let sit 5 minutes.
- Slice serve hope you enjoy.
