Silver King
- 2 ounces of gin (preferably Bombay)
- 1 ounce of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of simple syrup
- 4 dashes of orange bitters
- White of one egg
- 1 ounce of soda water
- Orange slice for garnish
- Place all the ingredients except the soda water and orange slice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake until the egg white froths.
- Pour into a collins glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water and garnish with a slice of orange.
