Silver King

• 2 ounces of gin (preferably Bombay)
• 1 ounce of lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon of simple syrup
• 4 dashes of orange bitters
• White of one egg
• 1 ounce of soda water
• Orange slice for garnish

1. Place all the ingredients except the soda water and orange slice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake until the egg white froths.
3. Pour into a collins glass filled with ice.
4. Top with soda water and garnish with a slice of orange.
