Biscuit Stuffing On Pork Chops Recipe
- 4 pork chops, 1/2" thick
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Sage, to taste
- 1 (7 1/2 ounce.) can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown pork chops in oil and place in 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Combine soup, celery, onion, egg, pepper and sage.
- Mix well.
- Separate biscuits and cut each one into 8 pcs and stir into soup mix.
- Spoon over meat.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min till golden.
