Potato Cheese Chowder Recipe
- 8 potatoes, cubed
- 4 stalks of celery, minced
- 2 med. onions, minced
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 c. minced ham
- 2 c. Velveeta cheese
- 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. creamed celery soup
- Combine potatoes, celery, onions, bouillon cubes with sufficient water to cook.
- Cook in slow cooker overnight.
- Then add in ham, cheese, lowfat sour cream and soup.
- Heat thoroughly.
