Spiced Pecans

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Heat oil and butter until melted in saucepan over low heat.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except nuts and salt.
  4. Stir to dissolve.
  5. Add your nuts and toss to coat.
  6. Spread on baking sheet (preferably one that has a lip-- makes easier to shake& turn) evenly and bake for 15 minutes shaking/turning every 5 minutes (make sure they stay spread out evenly).
  7. Toss your nuts with salt.
  8. Store in airtight container.
