Tomato Salad with Japanese Mustard
- 1 Tomato
- 2 to 3 teaspoons Japanese mustard (karashi)
- 1 tbsp Mentsuyu (2x concentrate)
- 1 Salt
- 1 Shiso leaves or daikon radish sprouts
- Mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add the cut up tomato, mix well and it's done.
- Transfer to serving plates, top with some shredded shiso leaves or daikon radish sprouts as garnish, and serve.
