Slow Cooked Spicy Southwest Beef and Bean Chili
- 1 12 lbs boneless beef round steak, cut into 3/4-inch pieces (1/2 inch thick)
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 4 (8 ounce) cans no-salt-added tomato sauce
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can sweet whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) canchopped green chilies
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- In 4 to 5-quart slow cooker; combine all ingredients; mix well.
- Cover; cook on Low setting 8 to 9 hours.
