Crock Pot Taco Casserole

  1. Combine beed tomatoes, soup, seasoning mix, and water in slow cooker.
  2. Stir in tortilla chips.
  3. Cover.
  4. Cook on low 7-8 hours.
  5. Spread sour cream over casserole.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Cover.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes until cheese melts.
  9. Remove cover.
  10. Garnish with green onions.
  11. Allow to stand for 15 more minutes before serving.
