Baked Ham With Honey Apricot Glaze Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl; set aside.
  4. Bake ham for 30 min.
  5. Pour honey-apricot mix over the top and continue to bake till ham is heated through, about 30 min to 1 hour longer, depending on weight.
  6. (Internal temperature should register 140 degrees.)
