Baked Ham With Honey Apricot Glaze Recipe
- 1 x (10- to 14-lb.) spiral-sliced, fully cooked smoked ham
- 1 c. honey
- 1 x (6-oz) can orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. apricot jam
- 1/2 tsp grnd nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp grnd cloves
- Heat oven to 325 degrees.
- Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl; set aside.
- Bake ham for 30 min.
- Pour honey-apricot mix over the top and continue to bake till ham is heated through, about 30 min to 1 hour longer, depending on weight.
- (Internal temperature should register 140 degrees.)
