Roasted Portobello And Goat Cheese Salad

  1. TOSS mushrooms and red peppers in dressing to coat.
  2. GRILL until tender and lightly charred, about 4 minutes per side.
  3. SLICE mushrooms and peppers into strips.
  4. TOSS greens and grilled vegetables in remaining dressing and mound onto serving plate.
  5. GARNISH with nuts and goat cheese.
