Roasted Portobello And Goat Cheese Salad
- 6 Portobello mushroom caps
- 6 red pepper, quartered
- 6 cups Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- Mixed greens
- pecan pieces, roasted
- Goat cheese, crumbled
- TOSS mushrooms and red peppers in dressing to coat.
- GRILL until tender and lightly charred, about 4 minutes per side.
- SLICE mushrooms and peppers into strips.
- TOSS greens and grilled vegetables in remaining dressing and mound onto serving plate.
- GARNISH with nuts and goat cheese.
