Banana Ice Cream
- 1 medium banana
- 2 tbsp 2 tablespoons almond milk (or greek yogurt)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Slice and freeze banana over night or for 4+ hours
- Get out your blender and add greek yogurt (or almond milk) then add vanilla and the banana.
- Start blending the banana.
- It might be a little chunky at first, but it will become creamy.
- Eat it now, or put it in a container and freeze it for 2+ hours (for optimal texture)
