Banana and Strawberry Smoothie

• 1 slightly unripe frozen banana, cut into chunks
• 12 cup natural sugar-free yogurt
• 2 12 cups strawberries
• grated nutmeg (optional)

1. Combine all ingredients except nutmeg in a blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour into a glass and dust with nutmeg.
