Banana Dulce Zacatecano

  1. Saut'e the bananas in butter till golden brown.
  2. Drain excess butter from the bananas.
  3. Place the bananas in a shallow dish.
  4. Sprinkle with a little of the sugar.
  5. Whip cream.
  6. Add the remaining sugar, apple juice and vanilla essence to the cream.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Spoon over the bananas making sure that they are covered completely.
  9. Chill.
  10. Serve very cold for a delicious dessert that's got a fantastic name!
