Green Bean and Mushroom Casserole

  1. Make cream sauce of butter, salt, pepper, flour and milk.
  2. Add beaten egg yolk, onion, parsley flakes, paprika, and mushrooms.
  3. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Place green beans in buttered casserole dish and pour sauce over green beans and top with buttered bread crumbs.
  5. Bake in oven at 350F (180C) for about 1 hour.
