Petite Braunschweiger Cups
- 8 ounces, weight Braunschweiger
- 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 24 cups Ready-Made Puff Pastry Cups
- Allow Braunschweiger and cream cheese to soften at room temperature and then mix together well.
- (I found clean hands to work best for this)
- Using a pastry bag or a plastic bag with the corner cut off, pipe the mixture into the puff pastry cups.
- Garnish with chives.
- Can be made up to 2 days prior to use and stored covered in the refrigerator.
