Petite Braunschweiger Cups

  1. Allow Braunschweiger and cream cheese to soften at room temperature and then mix together well.
  2. (I found clean hands to work best for this)
  3. Using a pastry bag or a plastic bag with the corner cut off, pipe the mixture into the puff pastry cups.
  4. Garnish with chives.
  5. Can be made up to 2 days prior to use and stored covered in the refrigerator.
